Be careful of this hotel

Our family chose to stay here for our holiday in bangkok. The room is okay, its clean and spacious. One thing i couldn’t understand is why the cleaner took my alcohol license that i try to use as a keycard for electricity (since we have food in fridge) and i dont want that to spoil. I gave some benefit of the doubt and thought they took it by mistake. On the day of my flight back to uae i realized my passport is also missing which i left inside the hotel and not a single time that i took it out with me. I stayed there with family member. Please look out on your belongings, clothes/makeups/personal stuff may not be stolen but in a most curious case two of my id went missing. I am in a lot of stress to go back to my work country and in a month of process to get a new passport. Reception was not that helpful.
