Place has no reception. Documents need to be sent via email and there was no email address provided during booking. Access codes activates only after 15:00 and no place to even keep luggage. Wifi was bad and it kept disconnecting. Power sockets in the room were not working mostly. No air conditioner. It’s close to the bus/tram station. Equipped with all the major amenities like microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron board and other. Not a good place during peak summer in zurich. Bed was small and toilet was even smaller that it was uncomfortable.
