Unfortunately the booking details that you provided were incorrect for the checkin and checkout times which meant we had to alter our plans. Also the listed amenities was not accurate. I wouldn’t agree that this is anywhere near a 5star hotel

Terrible it was overbooked and we didn’t get in trillium so we were shifted to best eastern which was away from our venue and we spent quite a bit a lot on commute very bad experience

Trillium is a very nice hotel with wonderful city skyscraper view from their terrace. The rooms were clean, spacious and their staffs were very polite. Don't miss their bar for variety of srilanka drinks. We had absolutely no problem commuting to any part of colombo.

The property in whole looks good but the service department sucks. They are never managed to change even the bathroom towels or clean and fill the bathrooms. You have to beg for cleaning and changing the bath liquids, tea etc.
