Stay was excellent, neat bedding and very approachable to airport easy food is above average [ Breakfast]. Lift is not working properly that is the only negative remarks.

Water Leakage from Roof

Our Junior Suite room had a constant water leakage from the roof and even after requests to the reception, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The food options in the breakfast were also very less. Would not recommend this hotel as the service is very poor.

The reception (except one male staff) and all the house keeping staff act as hostel wardens and they need training on hospitality. Location is close to airport but nearest market/shop is 15-20 min walking distance. Rooms are decent.

The hotel lobby was surely not like a4 star , it definitely needs upgrading its furniture, looks and maintenance 2. Reception staff is ok but the look of area needs improvement 3. ⁠bar not well equipped , rates are exceptionally high , more than a 5 star hotel has 4. ⁠rooms - staff is ok but no items of use are provided Over all a stay not worth a 4 star hotel. Needs total overhaul of facilities and management.

Comfortable stay, close to airport, fast check in weighing machine can be make free charging 1 euro for it can improve more on breakfast options, fresh fruit juice would have been better

No swimming pool was quite disappointing though the bf spread was very impressive and the Airport shuttle was very helpful

Huge studio room

We booked our room not sure we got upgraded but we got a huge room (Studio). Loved it. Close to airport, also they offer shuttle service up to 11AM. Beside it there is a Chinese restaurant, which had nice food. We didn't have a chance to explore food in hotel.
