Its ok as an guesthouse. I got mistaken as the make my trip said it have air conditioning as amenity but there was only fan. The room the blanket, the washroom, the way to the room. Everything was clean and the owners are good. I can only see it as a side hustle of a family. My room was like having window to the stairs and there was no lock or anything for the window. Just the curtains. Anybody can reach hands to the phone in the table and anyone can peep into my privacy. Atleast i pay 1100 inr for two days but its just okay only. Not recommended for a peaceful stay as its not soundproof for the daytime but can adjust and stay for a night only. Big gates closes at 10.30. But small gate is open always which is only usable to walk in and out . So someone with a ride must consider that first.

But there was just one issue: when you turn on the bathroom tap, the sound reaches all the way outside the room. It’s like the empty room is echoing the sound. I have one suggestion — if possible, the rooms should be soundproof. That’s all. Apart from that, everything was excellent.”

Location is good.50mtr from main road.you can find lots of restaurant nearby.pokhara lake side 10min walking distance.hotel owner is very helpful.we booked Kathmandu bus through him and our experience is very good. In clear weather you can see mount fishtail from room.
