Deluxe room is very old and not maintained.bathroom also not well equipped. Picture in app shows premium room photos not for deluxe room. Had booked this hotel after seeing review that Indian brkfst option is available.bit didn’t find any Indian option. Not good for such price.

Bad service overall

The service couldn’t be worser. They say they are available 24*7 for assistance however they take pride in not assisting with some really simple requests of fixing noise in the room, fixing air conditioner and getting back after they say they will. The rooms had very low lighting, the washroom did not have hand wash and there was drainage problem which clogged water all around the restroom. While sleeping at 10am in the room, the house keeping just breaks into the room to clean, we had to be so cautious at that point and asked them to leave. Horrible experience

Dirty water, flush not working, full description and amenities not matching with description. No one took calls around 2am on reception charged 3. 5 usd just for one broken tea cup. Which was very old. Overall worst stay in the room.

Unsatisfactory room

The pool and spa was good. The room is very unsatisfactory. There was no proper lighting in the room, the geyser was not working in the beginning. Later when it worked only hot water was available, cold water tap does not run. We had very uncomfortable showers. The bathroom is full of flies and the tiles and the sink collect water. We asked hotel to clean room everyday for this reason. The balcony was full of mosquitoes which is why we could not open the door. The restaurant also doesn’t respond when we ask for plates, we had to go get them.

Most terrible hotel of my life, so so disappointing, stop selling this property, don't play with clients worst breakfast, worst service n staff, zero cleaning, you should close this hotel as soon as possible you should return my money back, i will be putting the complaint as well to the top authorities regarding this, give my money back

Bad service, ac not working, away from city and market

Reception doesn’t answer phone calls, ac didn’t work. Non functional air conditioners. No lift, you have to take stairs. Also, no markets near by.

In grand kesambi resort there were no electricity and no water supply more than 15 hour in our first day. We have to spend whole night without electricity and water there were so many mosquito also. And the breakfast was also not good
