Terrible Stay

I had worst experience, i didn't stay in the nap, wen check in process my booking id wasn't validated and they didn't allow me to stay. I booked and stayed in chungking mansion. I tried to contact the nap on given phone number, it show not registered no to the the nap, infact it was written on their office door. I had taken a video of my checking process, and i need total return of my booking money.

It is total cheating, it shows accommodation of a bedroom type for 2 in pictures and i a super small capsule that too in the most shady building in hong kong
