As already pointed out by numerous other fellow travellers, the AC-system does NOT do what it is intended to do - cool. I personally checked 4 rooms (all on the 4th floor) during my stay, and found the same story. (I was wondering that may be it is an issue only on the 4th floor, but now looking at other reviews, seems like it is the same scenario all throughout. As with most, my primary reason for picking this hotel was its vicinity to Disneyland, so had to use the hotel only in mornings and evenings. I could barely survive then; God knows what would have happened if I had to pass an afternoon in the room. Additionally, the house-keeping was irregular at best. Toileteries were not replenished by the house-keeping staff, I had to ask-and-fetch for toilet soap everyday. Definitely, Definitely, Definitely not a 4-star experience. I have stayed at a 4-star hotel in Jaipur, India (Sarovar Portico), and the experience there was exemplary. In my opinion, Good-AC and Good-Tolileteries are perhaps two of the most basic/important things in any hotel stay, and if someone fails to provide this, then the hotel cannot survive for long. I wonder why this hotel is still surviving, and worse still, surviving with a 4-star status.
