Good Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn, close to the city center. Rooms have everything you need and even more (such as a coffee machine besides the kettle). The only negative moment was a sort of unpleasant smell in a bathroom on a first day. Breakfasts are good and tasty. Woud stay here again.
