The Hotel has a great location advantage which is a plus. But the minuses are heavy bad breakfast. We waited for minutes for the bread to refill. Also the staff was more into winding up than take care of already eating patrons. Rooms are ok considering location.

The hotel is in the center of town for tourists. Right at the square overlooked OK the cathedral and old town of Kaptol. The rooms were large and spacious. The hotel could have provided a hot water kettle, though we did get one when we requested for it, the breakfast is adequate and the staff at the hotel are courteous. The hotel is located on a walking only square so the walk from the parking lot to the hotel is not very pleasant, through a narrow shopping alley that smelt of urine I think. But that is not the hotels fault at all. Those into fitness, you will be disposing end with the gym at the hotel. No free weights and only 1 multipurpose workout station that was just OK. The access to the gym is also not very convenient as it is in the newer wing and can only be accessed with a special entry card that is available at the reception. The city offers enough walking and climbing options and so cardio exercises are taken care of, so I didn't try the treadmill at the gym. Do request for the rooms in the old wing, that have better street views, though can get noisy especially with the world cup finals this weekend. But don't despair, this is the best seat in town for the match.

Excellent location, right at the centre of town, walking distance from all attractions. Choice of ambience, with an old wing and modern tower, like Taj / Oberoi in Mumbai. Can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere in the central square in their cafe.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. Breakfast was not very good just okay. Not like a four star hotel room and bath rooms is very small size other location is very good. Hotel is very clean, market and restaurants just near the hotel you can enjoy any time.
