Worst Hotel whereas name used as "Royal"

Food service was bad even in the morning on 28-10-2023 the staff told me that break fast will not be available because their Chef is on leave today. Even they did not provide the morning tea, because they told that milk will come to Hotal after 2.00 PM. Bathroom was very dirty. Room was having very bad smell. Towels are not clean. Tea Kattle was not cleaned. Supplied empty Cup for Tea was not cleaned. Finally I left the hotel on 28-10-2023 even I paid for 3 days till 30-10-2023. Sir, after that I shifted to New Hotel on 28-10-2023. I request you to not to pay the amount to the Hotal Yoyal Inn and refund me my entire amount. I shall be grateful for the same. The location of the hotel is situated very interior in the bylanes breakfast is awful this hotel i think is only for couples who stays for one or two hours strictly not for families or business visit please avoid it at any cost
