Nothing good except the location

On the day of arrival at 12 in the night with 2 young kids I was given a small cramped room with outdated and dirty washroom instead of the apartment that I had booked saying that there was some booking issue. This is after I had directly confirmed my booking, room type & availability on phone with the hotel 4-5 days before the arrival date. The next day I saw one more family discussing the same issue at the reception. The breakfast menu was the same everyday in my 5 days stay at the hotel with staff slow in refilling the dishes. Overall the staff is unprofessional. Location is good as many places are at a walking distance.

It's a decent place to stay in Baku near the Nizami street with good food options and vibrant streets. The Passage hotel facilities were good and the service is great.

Hotel charged me for early checkin and didnot provided any receipt. Front office was very rude during checkin. We have booked 3 family duplex room with balcony. We were provided with only one family duplex room with balcony during checkin. Others 2 rooms were grade below. No veg options in breakfast except bread and butter. Ideally, they should refund the difference in fare. Wouldnot stay here even for free.

The breakfast timing was 8am to 11am. Even before 10 am, there was nothing left. I booked a bhk apartment seeing the picture of passage boutique hotel and the apartment was in a different building on the opposite side of the road where there is no proper reception and for the breakfast i have to come back to the passage hotel building. Overall the experience was very bad.

The hotel is amazing. The food is great and the location is amazing. But I suggest you do not use make my trip to book this hotel because make my trip is very unprofessional in booking. The INTERNATIONAL Hotel bookings booked hotel from MMT and on reaching to the hotel, they said they don’t have a room that we booked. So I suggest you to directly contact the property and get the hotel room. Don’t book it from MakeMyTrip.

Expensive pathetic experience.

The experience was pathetic. The room was mentioned with good size and balcony but it was not having any. Very tiny room made as duplex. Stair was very weak and my parents afraid of using it and stayed in down on the sofa. My kid fell down from the stair but fortunately it was from lower steps so it was safe. The hand rail is so weak and was moving. Also width of the hand rail is so big and any kid can easily go in to it. Main safety issue. Another part is upstairs room is having a portion of balcony just one step away from bed also having same kind of hand rail. So greater chance kids go and fell. I thought of making my kid stay by making him watching tv but tv was a bracken one. Washroom hand shower is a leaking one. Soap tray was loose and i lost two soaps because of it. Only one plus point is night shift staff was good and they tried helping me. I was looking for a refund in the same night but due to policy they didn’t gave me assurance and i stayed for 8 hours just to sleep and ran away.

Location was good and eazy access to down town, shops, but hotel room was terrible. I book double room with bb. The room we got has no windows all dark and small. Bathroom was soo hot. Exhaust fan is not working. When i asked to change my room first they said no available room. Second day they said if i can pay extra they can change the room. I told them when i book i saw the room thats why i booked, reception guy was saying sorry we do not have any pictures post. I was stay 4 night same room. They didnt change. I am not recommended this hotel for relaxing vacation. Only good is location.

The location is great, super close to nizami street. But i booked a ac room and i understand it’s winter there, that doesn’t give then the audacity to turn off the ac and when i called the reception i was told “ open the window “ lol! room can get stinky at tumes because of lack of ac and ventilation and their old stone architecture hotel is just average, for solo travelers its ok

We had booked for 3 nights it was a budget and wonderful place to stay. The only 5 star I would give is for the location and maybe to the over friendly staff. But the room was pathetic, it smelled like smoke and the breakfast was super bad.
