Although some sites describe this as a 4 star property, it is actually more an unrated motel, similar to numerous days inn type places in the us. The front desk shuts down in the evening and late check ins are guided over phone to pick up their keys from a safe deposit. The rooms are part of a two-room apartment set and if you've booked two rooms of the same type, they'll be in different sets, even floors, since the two rooms of one apartment are different categories. There is a common door to be opened to enter the 'apartment' before opening your own room door and no bell outside. The common entry door is locked even if the two rooms are occupied by different people. Strange. There is no housekeeping on call, if the soap runs out, you have to go to the reception to pick it up and they forget to fill it even the next day. Housekeeping also forgot to remove or replace the used coffee mugs. Overall, it has the facilities it lists but be aware of what the standards are and wasn't as expected.

The room service was not good. We asked for extra blanket which was not provided on time. The extra bed for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable and the mattress quality was poor. It was hurting the back. We asked them for a replacement or extra mattress but they refused and did not solve the issue.

Well located with spacious rooms and well appointed kitchen. Close to lagoon and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants. Within walking distance to the quay. Very polite, caring and efficient staff, got free roll away bed on complimentary basis for my child which was a sweet gesture.
