I recently stayed at Novotel Saigon Centre and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. 📍 Location: 10/10 The Novotel Saigon Centre is perfectly located in District 3, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It’s walking distance to several key attractions like the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and vibrant shopping streets. Despite being so central, it still manages to feel calm and peaceful inside — a great balance between city energy and relaxation. 🍽️ Food & Dining: 9.5/10 The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic — an extensive spread of Western, Asian, and local Vietnamese options, all fresh and well-prepared. The rooftop bar (On Top Bar) is a must-visit! Great cocktails, city views, and a lovely vibe in the evenings. Room service was also prompt and delicious. 🛏️ Rooms & Amenities: 10/10 The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and large windows offering city views. I appreciated the little touches — high-speed Wi-Fi, a good selection of toiletries, strong shower pressure, and a smart TV. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the indoor pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. It really felt like a full-service international Novotel Saigon Centre in every sense. 🤝 Service & Hospitality: 10/10 Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and professional. A special mention to the concierge who helped arrange transportation and shared excellent local tips! ⸻ ✅ Overall: 5/5 If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City and looking for a centrally located, well-maintained, and service-oriented Novotel Saigon Centre — Novotel Saigon Centre is a top choice. Good location but extremely expensive

Hotel is at great location and very close to all tourist areas but Novotel Saigon Centre is extremely expensive. First they charged me as mini bar security. Then we had breakfast with one pizza and two coffee and it was for sure most expensive food in entire Vietnam. We had amazing coffee and food later in Malibu Vung Tau which is much better property for less price.

We had a great stay at Novotel Saigon. The customer service was excellent, both room service, staff at the reception and restaurant. There is a variety of food options at breakfast, what I loved is the choice of tropical fruits.

Room on 9th floor was damp and carpet was smelling horrible but then we complaint and they gave us room on 16th floor which was nice and cozy.
