From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. 📍 Location: 10/10 The hotel is perfectly located in District 3, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It’s walking distance to several key attractions like the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and vibrant shopping streets. Despite being so central, it still manages to feel calm and peaceful inside — a great balance between city energy and relaxation. 🍽️ Food & Dining: 9.5/10 The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic — an extensive spread of Western, Asian, and local Vietnamese options, all fresh and well-prepared. The rooftop bar (On Top Bar) is a must-visit! Great cocktails, city views, and a lovely vibe in the evenings. Room service was also prompt and delicious. 🛏️ Rooms & Amenities: 10/10 The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and large windows offering city views. The room service was very poor. We have booked one room for two audibly and two kids of 11-12 year old. They hotel have provided a room of two twin beds, which were very not comfortable to stay. Instead we were expecting the hotel to provide one king bed and one additional bed. When we requested for additional water, charged very hefty. Also when we requested for airport pick up, the hotel couldn’t arrange for last minute request.

Hotel is at great location and very close to all tourist areas but hotel is extremely expensive. First they charged me as mini bar security. Then we had breakfast with one pizza and two coffee and it was for sure most expensive food in entire Vietnam. We had amazing coffee and food later in Malibu Vung Tau which is much better property for less price.
