There is no bath towel in the toilet, there is no tissue box in the room. As per hotel inclusion express check in but receipt-ion told to wait yes i have waited one hour in the lobby

We didn’t actually stayed as we move out because of the smell and uncleanliness of the facility. Even the checking time takes time.

Very bad experience as an in 4 star hotel, when reviving room no towel no water no sugar no coffee or tea bag old broken cupboards, no fridge, no hot water in wash rooms, ac complaints totally very bad

Smelly room with cockroaches & bed bugs, no towels provided unless you call them, hotel breakfast was terrible & served at shisha smokin area. Not at all suitable for family stay.
