I had a wonderful stay —everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. The staff were warm and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. My room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a restful night. The location was ideal, close to attractions and transport but still quiet and peaceful. Check-out was just as easy, with helpful staff who even stored my luggage and arranged a ride—truly thoughtful service that made the entire experience memorable.

Bad experience

Except the nearness from amstradam central station there is nothing good about the hotel. Rooms are very small and have bad smell, no mirror in the room, no lift, narrow and steep stairs. Very difficult to take your luggage to room. When i was here even the hot water was not available due to some problem in their heating machine.
