Duty manager was so ignorent. My room was smelling . I requested him to solve the issue but he said i can not do anything. I told him i can't room smelling like this he said do what you want to do. I checked out from hotel atvkid night around 2 o'clock. Terrible.

Very bad rooms compared to the price of the room. Dull lighting/worst beds (very hard mattress) the staff is really helpful, but one of the staff gave the wrong info on bringing the car to the hotel.

Whilst the amenities, food was good but may be due to christmas the room services were very slow and also i asked for a extension for one of the room as my baby was sleeping but they said the hotel is full and the next guest is waiting, nevertheless it's an excellent place to stay, good breakfast and friendly staff

The location of this hotel is perfect and so is the room, just one word for it- beautiful and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our royal stay here and the balcony overlooking the old bake street was a favorite selfie spot.

The hotel was not good and the staff is non cooperative and especially the bell boy n ol. No parking facility for the taxi and no one takes the luggage to double gate just 50 meter far. We had to carry all our belongings ourselves. Very poor management and worst behaviour. The room we got on our last day of stay was very smelly. No proper lift to 4, 5 floor. Only the location is good. Overall had the worst experience in shah palace baku. Regards aaina. This place is just good to see only
