Whilst the amenities, food was good but may be due to christmas the room services were very slow and also i asked for a extension for one of the room as my baby was sleeping but they said the Shah Palace Hotel is full and the next guest is waiting, nevertheless it's an excellent place to stay, good breakfast and friendly staff

The location of this Shah Palace Hotel is perfect and so is the room, just one word for it- beautiful and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our royal stay here and the balcony overlooking the old bake street was a favorite selfie spot.
