I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. After traveling for 10 hours, we arrived exhausted and requested an early check-in. Initially, the reception staff assured us we would have a room ready by 11 am, which was a small relief. However, when the time came, another staff member approached us with a series of lame excuses and told us they couldn’t provide the room until 2 pm. As two female travelers, we asked if there was any chance of using a room to freshen up in the meantime, but our multiple requests were completely ignored. To make matters worse, the breakfast options for vegetarians were shockingly limited. We were only offered bread and butter with cold tea – nothing else. When we asked for an alternative, the staff couldn’t have cared less. The lack of care, the rude attitude, and the non-accommodating behavior from the staff made this stay incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Located beautifully, in the old quarters, golden sun suites has the most helpful and warm staff. They were kind enough to help us with the halon g bay cruise as well. A super clean and comfortable place and i’d recommend anyone going to hanoi to consider them. No that’s about it. I would just like to give a special mention to michael who was very kind and helpful during the entire checkin and out process and also helping us getting help with a room on the last day.

I stayed for two nights. Location was superb. All tourists places within walking distance. Room was okay but glass door doesn't suit us. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall hotel has space constraints. Everything is congested. Hotel took care of our luggage while we were away to have long bay for one night.
