Hotel location is good, old quarter road and Haon Kiem lake is just walking distance. Staff behaviour is also nice. They also arrange tours if you want to do activities in Hanoi. They have variety of foods in breakfast but some disappointment for vegetarians or you can eat at Swad Restaurant nearby. If you want to early check in at hotel, they charge hefty amount nonetheless they have vacant rooms, be sure about check in.

Hotel was bit costly paid around 1.8M Dong ( inr 6k) , lacks basic quality standard and breakfast was very poor . Location is excellent if you want to be part of old quarter and see train street , nearby a lot of Indian veg retro, there are many hotels near this as well
