The staff at the hotel was very arrogant asking me to leave my table while there were other guests waiting. I told him they I will finish my coffee in 2 mind and leave but he still asked me to leave the table. The housekeeping reception and room service phones were never answered I had to call each one of them at least 3 times to ask for any service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything was OK. I am a regular customer. But I booked king suit with king bed and I received deluxe room with twin single bed. But all other facilities are OK. The issue is not with the Hotel. The issue is with the MMT team. Because they used another 3rd party vendor to book room and they selected this downgraded room.

Special thanks to Dhitin, Sarah, and Sachin at the cash desk — they were great, very friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The other staff members were also equally helpful, making my stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are excellent, and the location near the airport is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and warm hospitality in Dubai.
