it was a very good hotel, except for some noise of loud music when we are passing through the reception counter. we are not able to sit and discuss after 8 o clock, guests are not allowed inside the room or upto 2 nd floor passage, otherwise all other things are good

I REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH FOLLOWING ISSUES, 1.ELECTRIC SOCKET NOT WORKING 2.GIVEN DAMAGED ELECTRIC TEA KETTLE 3.REFRIGERATOR NOT CLEANED WELL 4.TV NOT GETTING SIGNAL.ONLY FEW CHANNELS GETTING SIGNAL 5.TEA SAUCER NOT CLEANED WELL 6.AC NOT COOLING WELL 7.POOL&GYM ONLY 8AM-6 PM 8.FLOOR CLEANING NOT WELL 9.VERY DISTURBANCE SOUND COMING FROM NIGHT CLUB.VERY DIFFICULT TO SLEEP 10.RECEPTION STAFF BEHAVIOR NOT GOOD.NOT POLITE & NOT GIVING RESPECT . 11.NO SEWING KIT FOUND IN THE ROOM 12.NO TOILET KIT FOUND IN THE BATHROOM.ONLY 2 SMALL SOAPS FOUND. 13.FEW TEA BAG AND SUGAR PROVIDING.IF WE ASKING AGAIN,VERY DIFFICULT ATTITUDE SHOWING
