Good location near beach not very big property,

Good rooms, upgraded us to sea view room good gesture, pool area was good but seemed little congested and not very big area, we were with 2 infants arrived at 1. 15 pm room allotted at 3 pm fixed time, food at miss india was really amazing even with indian restaurants standards though a little expensive. Location good in palm area not too boring remote location, there was some crowd of nearby resorts and clubs in area.

Amazing & memorable stay

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. We enjoyed the spa, jacuzzi & sauna. Big shout-out to all the staff members whom we met during the stay. Priya & luisa from reception, shubham from cigar room, riko at the bell desk, mohit, winnie, vikas & dendi from boldy asian, kameshwar from ird, from little miss india. Everybody had a smile on the face and made sure we were comfortable.

not a good hotel, sooo boring, pool was full of children, and there was no bed avaibality, service was poor, we asked for ice it took 45 mins to get it. they didnt even put tooth brush, i had to ask for every small things in the room,nothing special, i didnt like it, waste of money, there are so many other good hotels in the palm with same price but so much better service
