    Terrible Stay

    rijo v.family with 1 kid

I had a very disappointing experience staying at PP Nice Beach Resort in Phi Phi, Thailand. The staff were extremely arrogant and unhelpful, which made the stay uncomfortable from the beginning. Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was not properly maintained, and hygiene standards were clearly lacking. The shower was not working properly, which is basic and unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, the towels provided were old, worn out, and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the service was practically non-existent. There was no effort from the hotel staff to address issues or ensure guest comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Phi Phi.

    Poor Stay

Property has too many rules, feel like a jail away from home. I understand why but it loses all feeling of comfort. It is also very far from pier and offers no porter service, meaning we had to drag bags on road that aren't meant for bags.
