The hotel is nice and safe in hill surrounded by beautiful blue sea, amazing views from the infinity restaurant. Rooms are big and clean. Staff seems overworked, their whatsapp based calling is not effective. They definitely need to improve their shuttle service frequency, one hour is huge gap during checkin in / check out time, they are very rigid about it. If they improve their shuttle / transport service then it's worth staying there.

Staff was highly friendly, the shuttle service add stars to this resort. It gives you access to peace of a mountain and whenever you want, the noise of the city! It definitely is a resort worth staying at! Food optiona in the breakfast are good but lacked options for vegetarians. Overall, it’s a great experience at the Phi Phi Mountain resort! Worth every penny you pay!

Very well l organised pickup from the ferry. Reached around evening to the resort to see the beautiful view from the restaurant. Hotel was pretty clean, the staff was very helpful. The place is far from the ferry.

Room condition not good, doors were poor quality, could not close easily. Hotel is not 4 star, it is 3 star. Vegetarian breakfast not enough variety as per 4 star standard.
