Hotel room was good. Sea view apartment is beauty, but early morning train sound was disturbing the sleep. Need to do something for sound proof. Also wifi need to be arranged for this technological world. If good indian restaurant is there then added advantage

Hotel staff is very arrogant, it is the most dirtiest hotel I ever come across, beds are so foul smells, mattress are weaken. As soon I slept on it the spring of bed touches my back. I don't think it is property mistake, I completely blame MMT for adding this kind of hotel to their platform and fooling people.

The hotel rooms are not well maintained. Lights not working and mosquitoes in room. Rooms are extremely small and windows are facing the wall. Sea facing rooms are spacious. Staff is unfriendly and the hotel doesn't respond to emails or phone calls.

I was in Colombo for business and chose the hotel based on rating. Decent size room. Nice view of the Indian Ocean. Courteous staff. It would seem a bit far from the city centre, but if you are comfortable with pick me it’s just 20 minutes. Good restaurants within walking distance. No internet in the room. Need to come to lobby for accessing the net. Breakfast has very frugal and no choices. No TV channels available as it seems that payments has not been made. I would not recommend this place for business visit due to lack of internet. However if you are a tourist and looking for a decent budget accomodation, this can be in the top of your list.

Lock not working properly and Manager was not responding towards guest also arguing this not a 1st time complaint always manager does same thing. Even there not much flew he given me worst room on top floor next to hotel Building construction works going even Manger knows it again he gave me room, later he asking money for another room. Even I love this hotel because Indian Hotel Sea face very good location really. Like this Manager spoiling purity of hotel and changing guest mood.
