Horrible experience, don't waste your money!

Worst experience ever! never i say never book this property. I booked the first andalus hotel close to al ha-ram medina, and they sent me late night to one of their other properties only due to the property being sold to someone else. Without any prior information, they decided to move. I had to walk all the way with my luggage to the other hotel location which turned out to be sharing space even worse than i had imagined. Shabby, dirty curtains and beds. This place has been a nightmare for me when i had actually come for a peaceful journey! at last, i told them to give refund because i won’t be staying after all this drama and they denied. They asked me to go back to the previous “sold to another seller” andalus 1 to claim my refund? later at night, i had to book a 5 star hotel thinking what else could happen! i’m extremely disappointed

The booking was not found by the reception as they denied to accept the mm t reference number, and i didn't have any other references number apart from that, the person was very rude and was laughing at me, didn't even agree to check the booking with my name. I didn't have roaming to call mm t to check, then i had to buy roaming package for 150 aed to call mm t customer service. First call was connected to airline booking and the i had to call back as the call was disconnected by it self, second call also was connected to airline booking but the guy managed to transfer to hotel booking, the person was helpful as much as he can, he had to call me back twice to give new reference number and finally with the agoda reference number the booking was found by the receptionist. This whole process took 3hrs to resolve it. My travel was spoiled, sleep was disturbed and the room was not great as well, not hot water, tried calling the receptionist but no luck till my check out time. So the whole travel experience was spoiled as i only had one day to stay in madina. I would appreciate full investigation on this and compensation for it. Am very regular customer of mm t for flight and hotel booking, this is first time to face this kind of situation. So am waiting for your action and feedback on my spoiled travel to madina

The level of service is bad, the bathrooms are very difficult and broken, there are bad smells in them, and they only have two reservation sites, booking and aqadah.

They came to the hotel and told me that there is no booking. After a lot of insistence, i looked at the computer and said that there is booking but the room is not empty, they said to wait for 2 hours, please pay for the room, i have booked the room. 5 bed family, they told me the key of 3 bed room, they wanted 5 bed room, they didn't say that we don't have it, here you go, take another room, got the money back yesterday, i told them but they took me 4/5 times but did not return the money please help me to get my full 966 riyals back.

Dirty rooms, bed bugs, broken electric switch, broken bed frames, damage pillows, dirty bedsheets, no internet or phone in room. No iron provided. Smelly bathrooms, dirty carpet. Rude staff. Highly expensive as compare to services provided. Need full refund

The Hotel Manager (Accountant) is only a money oriented person, even after Ramadan he was trying to charge me the same amount than I was crossed check than I was found there is less, when I was found another hotel than after he convinced me to don't leave we will give you less price now but I was changed to another Hotel. but Other front office staff is so cooperative, specially Mr. Sameer really is gave us next level service. Thank you sameer
