i booked the hotel, and i booked the hotel resort world genting the 4 star hotel then when i was there they informed me no this is first world genting hotel the 3 star with less fare and its very very bad service the room is very small and noisy and not clean no service no water no help for baggage inside only the view is nice. the breakfast is very bad and to take the breakfast not same hotel need wait in queue to take bus and go to another hotel to eat and even the staff in the restaurant is very bad service only 80% food is Chinese and 20%Indian not recommended to any human 😕

We had a fantastic family getaway at World Hotel in Genting, Malaysia! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, with excellent amenities for all ages. SkyAvenue, Skytropolis and Skyworld tour, was a highlight, offering thrilling experiences and great shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 2-day trip. We enjoyed our time as a family of three and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for a fun and memorable vacation.

Literally just 1 bed in entire room . It no where felt like hotel, rather it was an hostel Basic amenities like waterbottle wasn’t there in the room And it took 2 hours waiting time for us to reach the checkin counter Wont recommend anyone to Stay here

The stay was just ordinary...this is the hotel with most number of rooms in the world and holds a world record etc..but that doesn’t mean we should get a ordinary treatment after paying more for a day...everything from check in to the room service is pain in the ass...they took extra payment for 15 min early check in and extra payment for room with the view and which i dint get any view..rooms are extra small and no place to move and bathroom even smaller...a big person mite get stuck in the bathroom...hotel is very old and needs a makeover...its always overcrowded and very hard to find anything...breakfast was served in another hotel which we need to take a vehicle and that was free shuttle..but its a headache...there is no proper communication at all for anything

Everything is bad. From signboard at the reception to checkin at the hotel. We were given smoking rooms even though we had asked for non smoking. Had a 4 yr kid who slept unwell entire night disturbing our entire trip

Yeah, it's it's so terrible because we we had a long queue for checking. We got a room at around 7 o'clock. They are not at all provisional so there in the reception. They are least bothered about the guest and you know the breakfast is good room. of course, it's quite small, but it's manageable not an issue, but the reception people over there are really unprofessional and you know anyways they will get passengers. I mean they will get the gas for the room so they are lease both bothered about the comfortable or the convenience of each gas, we've been in the queue for a long long time. We got the queue after after a huge fight with them at around 7 o'clock.

Excellent location. But poor check in that can take up to one hour waiting time for your turn as it’s based on a token system. The check in staff made many mistakes, that ended in me getting double charged for government tax and I couldn’t even get to speak to local customer service to get the additional charge refunded as they wanted me to take another token that had a waiting time of one hour. The room was small and basic. Except for the location, there was nothing else worth the money.

Check in took around 4hrs. Room was below average, definitely not worth the price we paid. Only benefit of staying here was that it’s in the resort, making access to amusement park a little easier. Though bed and bathroom were clean, there were very questionable marks on the floor.

The property was very bad. It took us around 8 hours to check-in due to lack of facilities here. It seems that it is the world's most number of rooms but there is no facilities arranged for the same. The breakfast was in another hotel where we had to take a cab and go. The hotel is overall, one of the worst hotels in the world. With just a fake number of rooms, nothing much than delaying everywhere. So suggesting everyone never to book this hotel.I'm try to avoid these types of rooms because it is world's worst property

The property's room wasn't upto the mark. No toothpastes, No shampoos, No Soaps, Wash basins blocked. The bathroom was more like a prison (Hardly 3ftx3ft) size. Gave 3 stars just for the location of the premises. All the casinos, Theme parks, Skyways etc are nearby. Otherwise stay wise property is zero.

Don’t go to this hotel. Checkin took more than 1 hour and the rooms were too small without any facility not even water, no WiFi and lifts are far away. Also it’s a hell for vegetarians.
