It was good experience. Location Views Nature - all beautiful. Efficient polite client friendly staff. All cuisines along with Indian cuisine is available nearby. Its Easily approachable. Its big hotel having v good number of Rooms. The size of room is also good depending upon the variations in categories of rooms. Parking space is quite good and accessible.

A decent stay at Swiss Hotel Garden

Our stay at Swiss Hotel Garden & Residences was fairly average, and we felt the service didn’t quite match the price point. The room was neat and clean, but the bathroom was quite small. The towels provided were of subpar quality, and we also experienced some clogging issues in the bathroom. On a positive note, the included breakfast was good, and all major attractions in Genting Highlands were within a short driving distance from the property.

We paid the price of the hotel on make my trip and when we arrived, we were told we need to pay some extra in taxes and for king size bed, which option wasn’t available online. Rooms are smelly and so are the bathrooms. We asked for a normal shower cap and they asked to pay. Any thing we ask, the only Answer we get is extra charge. Definitely a thumbs down.

Property is good. Location is ok. 15 kms far from the happening place. No vegetarian food available at the hotel and nearby. If u are looking for completely good pure vegetarian, don't book this hotel. I checked in the hotel at 7 pm where no bell boy was available. I checked out at 10 am next day and no bell boy. Carried my luggage by myself. Used the washing machine inside and whole water came from it inside the room. No maintenance staff after 7 pm. No help. Reception staff was not courteous. No greeting at all. No smile on their face.
