Amazing hospitality and great service. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to ammo and b for making our stay special. Plunge pool room has a good swiming pool so we didn't had to use common pool. The property is located right infront of beach and the kitchen (nalu bar) serves some authentic thai dishes.

Location- an extremely dirty and smelly parking lot (if you can call it that) separates the hotel from a super crowded Beach. Food- breakfast was pathetic to say the least. The made to order items were tasteless and it seems like they couldn't care less Service- the worst! Did not See one smile from any staff member the entire time we were there- and a few other guests of the hotel said the same when we were there- definitely no THAI hospitality. They didn't move an inch to help us with anything- it was like they were doing us a favor by doing their job.
Hated this place! Please do not spend your money on this hotel- so so bad! The first room we were given was tinier than the closet I have back home and after talking to a rather disinterested manager/front desk we were only moved the next day to a bigger room where the ac wasn't working well and there was a light which we couldn't switch off and had very disturbed sleep that night because of it. Breakfast was really bad- its like they didn't even care to try. And the worst part- the staff- not friendly and couldn't care less, having visited Thailand every year for the last 8 years- this was the worst hotel and worst staff I have ever met! Please stay away.

Booked this place looking at the reviews super shocked that it turned out so bad! Horrible and outdated rooms. The rooms were at the very back of the building and you have to go through a dusty maze of corridors to get there. The room was super small and to say that my family with 2 babies could hardly fit in there was an understatement! The breakfast was so bad and we didn't dare order room service. The cherry on top of this horrible cake- the staff was so rude and disinterested not what you expect from Thai hospitality! Trying to think of one good thing to say about this and I'm drawing a blank, get your act together MANATHAI SURIN!
