Very good stay. Staff was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Phuket Marina was next door which was a bonus for day tours.

It is nice hotel. We booked for king size or queen size bed but we got twin bed which I didn’t like. But later they joined both bed. Which is appreciated. Secondly they arranged small cute cake for me on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. That was kind gesture from them. Loved it. The whole premises is awesome and very different than any ordinary hotel. I mean boats 🚤 and all. Overall I liked this stay and I would prefer to come here again.

The hotel management gave me the worst of the rooms that they had. It was room number 637 which they gave me first. As soon as i opened the door and entered the room, it was stinking bad as if the room had not been opened for months. It had dead mosquito and it's wings on the bed as well as pillows. Finally in the evening when i was closing the curtains of the room, the wall was filled with all sorts of sticky creepy insects. That's when i requested the staff to change my room. They gave me room number 335. It was better than the previous room but had broken balcony window and broken bathroom wardrobe. I just stayed in that . Location was good hygiene standards. safety was full on food. Indian food was missing otherwise food was ok

Good resort but far from the Patong city

A good resort to stay for leisure activities only. Don't prefer the Lagoon Yaght View room as it's far from the restaurant and lobby. It's better to stay at the pool side view room, we stayed in room where you can easily access the restaurant, 7 to 11 grocery store which is very cheap to get your morning coffee express, lathes etc. Sandwiches, chocolates, chips, veg or non- veg items etc. The to and fro to Patong beach and city is very costly in taxi.
