Stayed at this property for 2 nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and provided a comfortable yet luxurious feel. The amenities were top-notch, particularly the in house restaurant and bar. The quality of service throughout my stay was outstanding. Whether it was the helpful concierge, the attentive housekeeping staff, or the friendly dining team, everyone contributed to a memorable experience. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Bonus point :- Dutch hospital is just in front of this so no delay in party n bar hopping ✌️

The The Steuart by Citrus is in an excellent location with restaurants and tourist spots close by. The building is about 150 years old but is well maintained. It is in the dutch style. The room was clean and very spacious and we had a magnificent city view including the lotus tower. The room was carpeted but the public areas were not. Instead they had beautiful wooden floors. We did not experience any wierd smell due to carpeting as was mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast spread was ample. There were english and srilankan cuisine options. Wifi receptivity was very good. The staff were efficient and cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The The Steuart by Citrus is quite beautiful. They have vintage decor and everything is quite aesthetic. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. However there were no windows! i’ve never been in a The Steuart by Citrus room without a window! anyway, it’s a nice stay.

Excellent location. Big rooms, however amenities were poor. No toiletries, no face towels. Provided a bathroom mat only upon request. They gave an electric kettle which could not be plugged into any point etc
