Ramada by Wyndham Langkawi Marina

I would like to rate this hotel 5 stars. In terms of service and hospitality, this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. A special thanks to Atikul and the morning chef for serving the best food I’ve had in my life! In the last 7 days, we explored 7–8 restaurants across Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi, but Royal India Restaurant in Langkawi offered the best food and service by far. I personally believe this restaurant deserves a 7-star rating for everything. As we Punjabis say — if the food is good, the hotel is good. And that perfectly describes our experience at Ramada in Langkawi.

Great view. Great Food. Great people. Each min spent at this property was a awful experience. The view from the balcony was as good as our private yacht parking.

Pros- 1) location, 2) staff. Cons- 1) its old property so I booked marina cottage and its too much old , it has only one bathroom hence it is accommodate 5 + adults as it has 3 rooms, 2 rooms are ok but one room we can’t say room as it is storage room or something. 2) facilities are not up to mark and like ramada. 3) beds are too small in one room only double bed is available and that too smaller then queen size. 4) there is no master bedroom concept. 5) our checkout is at 9 AM because we need to catch ferry, but they have no staff to collect all luggage as they are coming at 10 AM only, so one man came and 2 bags he bring , other then all begs I need to take from cottage to hotel lobby and it has stairs all over. 6) they have no room service as Resturant is separate from hotel and we need to dine in only. In room they also placed menu but it is old and that’s why i thought they charged more than menu but Resturant guy told me that menu prices are changed now. 7) for vegetarian they have not that much option in breakfast

Excellent location overlooking the seaside with the yatch club. Polite staff and superior hospitality. Yearning to comeback again.

The rooms are very good. Staff is friendly. U can have a sea view with boats parked in front. Lovely sunset. Multiple restaurants on ground floor. A bit away from the main beach. But very peaceful.

Stay was really terrible. Room not maintained properly.Air condition was not functioning.i requested to change the room.first they refused to change and finally gave another room.but that room was horrible.it seems property is not maintained by Ramada.lizard found inside the room.totally not worth for money.

Breakfast spread was bad and staff at live counter donnot prepare eggs live but offer you already prepared ones

The main problem is they don't have enough staff for room service and restaurant. They told food will be there till 10. 30. By 8. 30 it closes. They didn't clean my room for 2 days. When i complained about this, they gave me a different room which has twin beds. My husband had to sleep down. Restaurant staff are rude and food is bad. The property is good. But no staff to maintain

Not good with respect to the room tariff, you can find better property in cheaper rates. Floor lobby looks like a 2 star hotel.

Good location and near to jetty. You can go to everywhere from here. You can take rent car or scooter from here.

The stay was amazing and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Food was also good and the connectivity from hotel was great. I also liked the prompt service from the hotel staff and all the amenities was given. Loved the vibe.

The property location is superb, food is awesome and the room is too good. The view from the room balcony made our stay even more wonderful.

Ramada holds a very small area and the entire area is property of boat club. Even there is no in house restaurant of ramada. They have tie up with the restaurant within the premises managed by boat club. Their breakfast includes vegetarian food which was good part

We have booked a family room with hill view. Room was sufficiently spacious and cosy. Beds were clean and maintained neatly.

Room ambiance is good very spacious and comfortable. Staff are helping well and guide tourists on itinerary. Jetty point and eagles square are very near but only concern is compare with other sites in langkawi this area is very silent after 8 pm. Apart from this everything is good and great experience. Thank you.

Beautiful property. Reasonably priced. Great location. Just next to the jetty port. Great duty free shopping at the jetty port. Always take the sea facing rooms. Great morning view loved it ! not great service though.

No one addressed concerns that i had before stay. Makemytrip closed ticket without helping, hotel didn’t reply as well

The property is located at a good location and provides amazing views near the pool side. The yacht club have multiple yachts and boats. Rooms are decent with minimal facilities. Breakfast spread is very good. Overall it provides a place for a pleasant stay!

The room at ramada was as shown in the snaps. It was clean and comfortable and very affordable for my family of four. There are 2 restaurants and the hotel surprised us by serving south indian vegetarian food for breakfast. Location is great with a beautiful view.
