The place is stunning! The staff are extremely friendly cordial and super accommodating. Some do have a little bit of attitude, but they do take it seriously when it comes to customer experience and do all they can to make sure your stay is comfortable. we suggest booking a Deluxe room, it comes with spacious balconies and an amazing view that we're still thinking about. For sure we will be returning here in another few months. Worth every rupee. Love the place, the vibe, the proximity to the beach, the pool! 10/10 for sure. A must visit with kids.

Food average. They had multiple Indian veg items at breakfast, but taste was no good. Location ok. But the facilities are too cramped. They just don't have the space a beach resort needs for pools etc. Very limited space for deck chairs. And the adults pool similarly has limited space. And they close the entire area, not just the pool, at 8 pm. Sunset is 7.30 pm. It'd be a nice place to chill in the evening, but they don't allow you there !! And there's no other place you can chill overlooking the sea. Service is ok, very good in parts, not upto the mark many times. Relatively impersonal. Lack of warmth. The room was excellent. We had the Premier Ocean View room. Spacious. Lovely tub. All amenities in place. And the balcony, and the sofas in the balcony, were wow!

A must visit if you want to experience luxury in Langkawi!

It was a great experience - true to a 5-star quality. The property is located in Pantai Cenang, which is very close to major attractions like Underwater World, Chenang beach, night markets, etc. The room we stayed in matched the quality and expectation as shown in the pictures, and we got a great deal on MMT. The outside sitting area had a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. The main attractions are the private beach and the infinity pool on the 5th floor with jacuzzi.. this is a beautiful place to relax and watch the sunset. The food quality was good, although would suggest to them to add some variety to the breakfast buffets. We had breakfast twice and most of the items served were exactly the same on both days. They should also have some table servers during breakfast hours. While room service is good, for rooms with bathtubs they did not have amenities like bath salts.. they should think abt adding those. They give free minibar consumption for 1 round, which is great! Overall great stay in Langkawi!

Overall, it was good. Food and service was amazing. The beach setup should be improved a little. Also, in our tower, one elevator was broken. It remained like that for 3 days. This meant excessive wait times for people to use the elevator, which was an inconvenience.

Stayed for 3n with my wife and parents and 2 year toddler. Views are amazing and very close to pantai cenang beach. Good veg options available for breakfast with large spread. Indian kitchen located at walking distance for lunch and dinner. Rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained. Just can add more indian options for all day dining menu. Sky pool offers panaromal views

Parkroyal was a very good experience in Lankawi… their warm welcome and ease of checking in was comforting…walk by the beach at anytime of the day the pools overlooking the sea calms the mind … also the spa gives a very relaxing experience to the mind and body … just a few minutes walk and you reach the Chenang beach which is full of lively experiences … to add on the food is very very tasty…just needs some more of Indian food but parkroyal made our Langkawi experience better….will love to go back to parkroyal
