The hotel is situated in banani. Good location. Good restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very cooperative. Daily cleaning of the room is good. The rooms are very comfortable. Service is fast. Only drawback that the lobby and restaurant are small for business catch ups and meetings. Overall good experience during stay for over 5 days.

Good place, but something is missing in everything

Stayed for three nights, day 1 started with the front office saying they have upgraded my room for first night a and I will have to move to another room next day. Another room booked by my colleague, the room got locked but managed to open with the mechanical Key and front office assured to get it fixed by ed. But it was never fixed and we had to talk to the gm of the hotel to get it fixed. Breakfast was okay, nothing notable to mention. Overall experience was okay.
