Good new hotel at improper location

The hotel is good, staff is good, it is new hotel and clean hotel but only issue according to me is the location. The surrounding is not so great compare to the hotel make and price. Also note that the place is in Sector 9 in Utara area which is not mentioned in the website address but is essential to reach.
