Excellent staff. Very clean. Excellent location very close to old quarter and buzzing Hoan Kiem. Extremely cooperative staff especially manager Kevin. Even the staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Had a great time in Hanoi with my friends. Looking forward to coming again with my family next time.

They kept shifting us to other hotels when they had more guests on particular day. May be the problem of paying full amount before hand. Good staff but good hotel, good staff, clean and safe they speak good English good breakfast. Good for long stay.
