Perfect budget stay at the heart of the old quarter.

Overall an easy seamless experience with the checkin and check out. They helped me with airport pickup as well. EVERYTHING was a walk away!

I stayed here throughout my Hanoi trip and even booked all my tours through them – still, not even once did anyone (especially the girl N-G-R, who handles all the tour bookings) bother to check on me while I was on my tours or after I came back. Before booking the Halong Bay & Ninh Binh tour, she even made me wait over an hour without any apology or notice – just left me in the middle of the conversation even though I was about to pay. No “sorry”, no “please wait” – extremely rude attitude. They charged me extra when I checked out early and refused even a $2 discount. I was overcharged and placed in a room directly in front of the reception which was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. Only two staff members – D-A-T and the luggage boy – were polite. The rest were completely money-minded and always said NO to even the smallest comfort or request. For staying just two minutes extra in the room they wanted to charge another $10, despite me staying there multiple times and booking tours through them. The girl (N-G-R) is very ignorant and only influences others to be money-minded like her. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel — they care only about money, not their guests.

There was no buffet just bread and pho. The door wasn’t getting closed and it needs to be closed and opened forcefully. The behaviour of the receptionist was also too bad making it worst experience ever even though shelling out a huge amount of money for this hotel.

One of the best budget hotels

The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant, the breakfast was sumptuous with big buffet options, but above all we got superb and friendly support of every kind from the staff. When we changed our flight and informed them at the last moment, we'll be arriving a couple of hours earlier, they still managed to organize an airport pick up. Very efficient.
