There were no towels, a hanger, and the bathroom was so dirty flush was not working and there was a bad smell in the entire room, bedsheets and pillows were so dirty and there were stains on them. It was the worst experience.

Poor hospitality , no hair dryer , no dental kit and towels were provided , contact many times no response , room was not clean , Tv was not working but it was always on , the tv was unable to switch off , unable to sleep due to tv brightness all over the room . The pillows and mattress were very old and smells bad , the mattress were not proper . It is surrounded by Night club and sound is too high which makes hard to sleep

A HOTEL FOR PARTY PEOPLE

The hotel area is accessible but this is for travellers who loves to party because the building got lots of bars and clubs. This is also the first time that the hotel kept my Emirates ID. At first the front desk said that they have a slow internet and they will send my EID in my room. I am trying to call but the phones are not working. The room lighting also is very dark and quite old.

Staff was not so good , room almost ok but bathroom was terrible . I have never seen such dirty bathrooms. I got 2 bottle on first day and after that they told me next bottles will be paid. Such a very poor service. They didn’t clean my room for 3 days and cleaned only when I ask them. They just made bed but bathrooms Atul dirty.

It’s a total mess

I don’t complain about anything but my problem was the room they should advertise the same room they have. The room was very terrible, very old bed sheets with a smell the painting on the wall looks very weird and uncomfortable for the guest to enjoy the room the washroom is a mess ceiling tiles falling from the roof the carpet on the floor is so ripped and duty stained my socks. The internet very weak and buffering going on and off. The analog fake screen in the room too annoying the furniture is too old and chipped the wardrobe have fungus with a smile the ac grill very dirty so horrible the washbasin mixture without the top cover shocked me the skirting tiles falling from the wall. This the worst hotel room i have seen since my childhood. And i don’t recommend anyone to choose this place, it’s a nightmare.

The stay over all was horrible, staff are nice ppl, but the hotel itself is expired !. Swimming pool is on maintenance and closed, the room without kettle, tv, and you’re lucky of u will find towels, horrible loud sound until 5 am as there’s 4 bars there full of everything you can imagine. , Not recommend at all
