Very Near to the Al Raggi metro station, Clean Good breakfast, Best is it nicely located so that you can do a lot of shopping and nice eateries all around. Near to the airport, in fact you can come from the airport to the hotel in metro, that is what i did if you are travelling light if you are travelling single for business purpose. The room size is ok for 2 persons but not more.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very small and didn’t have even the most basic essentials—no soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, napkins, or tissue. On top of that, there was no staff available to help with my luggage when I arrived. To make matters worse, they charged an extra 10 dirhams as a “tourist tax,” even though Dubai is supposed to be a tax-free city. This felt misleading and added to the overall poor experience. I expected much better service and transparency.

It was very nice as always. Staff is excellent. Reception Staff is always very welcome. Junior & Mohammed are good. One Nigerian Girl was also welcoming. Above all Pragya tha Receptionist is excellent. Similarly the Staff at Breakfast Hall - The Manager ( the Indian Guy) a don't remember his name , he is a real GEM. Manoj & the other guy who takes care of the floor/luggage etc are also good. Overall IBIS Al Rigga STAFF is very nice

I checked out and left my charger, Ibis Hotel Rigga Team is the best, safe kept the charger and I’m able to collect it with no much hassle. this is not my first stay in Ibis rigga branch, I find the room clean, tidy and neat as usual. the staff are all friendly , location wise its in the heart of deira near to metro stations, mall and lots of neighboring restaurants / cafe’s. Budget friendly and one of the decent hotel I’ve been.
