Perfect place to stay in Zurich. Staff are very polite and professional. Near to the Zurich HB. Near to the tram stop .

rude or non-existent staff. for late check in there is no one available. only option is to make an international roaming call to someone who doesn't understand English. for checkout they sneer at you for asking for 30 minutes late checkout and the mock in a racist way. i have had better stats at hostels and dharanshalas
