I booked this property based on reference from a travel vlog and was highly disappointed. The hotel is good 10 to 15 mins walk from station with no tram or bus available. The reception is surrounded by restaurants and bar on the ground floor. The property though 4 star is not a luxury property. Corridors are very dimly lighted, flooring very basic cemented. Washbasin is in the room, toilet and bath area are separate. Bath area has a glass door with no privacy. Its more like a bag packer or solo travelers luxury haven with pubs and clubs nearby frankly I didn't find the area safe for family travel. Staff was helpful and available 25 hrs, mini bar complimentary which were the only pros

One of the most fun and memorable stays I’ve had! The vibe is hip yet welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring both the alternative and classic sides of Zurich. Loved the funky room decor and amazing breakfast at NENI.
