The rooms are not tidy no proper maintenance, no idea of my check in to the front desk until i arrived, location of resort is good.

This is not a comfortable stay for families. We stayed with 3 kids and we all are vegetarians. Before hand we told the resort to make sure food is arranged accordingly. For breakfast, it's heights of mismanagement. Bread was rotten, timing of breakfast ends at 9. 30, very very limited vegetarian options and the quality is very bad of food. All the staff in restaurant section do not speak or understand english. Overall our food experience was very bad and it's difficult especially when you are with kids.

This hotel despite having a very good ambiance had very bad room service. If reception personnel were good and room service is probably the worst. It’s meant for Caucasians, not Indians. Since the staff just wouldn’t listen. Spent 2 days and after complaining the 2nd day for better somewhat. Would avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s full of mosquitoes. Unlimited mosquitoes.
