Poor Stay

I can say it's a terrible experience. 1. Landed at Auckland Airport at 1.30 AM and I have taken a cab and reach the hotel at 2.10 AM. 2. And guess what? The main door to access the reception area was locked. And there is no way for me to access or reach out to anyone as I flew from India. 3. I was left out in the freezing cold. And one man who stays in that apartment shows up. with his help I somehow get inside the building. 4. The reception was closed and no one was there. Again I left out for nothing. Now one more gentleman shows up after 20 odd mins. With his help I somehow contacted the person from reception. 5. It was a really unpleasant experience for me to stay over there that night. Getting in was a really tough task for me on that day.
