Only for the harbour view else wouldn’t recommend

Good view location is nice but misses out on basics. Instance, you gotta ask for complementary water, no drinking water in the room. No weighing machine. Pool is very very tiny two people can’t swim across seriously. While checkin they took 100 dollars from the card which will be returned after 10-14 days they say. I even insisted on depositing 100 dollars cash instead they denied and said if in cash minimum is 800 dollars deposit. Shockingly too funny to digest and didn’t make any sense. Been staying in hiltons around the world but have to say this is the worst hilton i have ever stayed in. Better opt for any other 5 star around in auckland. Intercontinental or park hyatt, so, britomat hotel etc are options near to cbd n queen street.
