Helpful staff but room could have been better

The staff was lovely and helped us around with tours and everything. The manager was kind and forthcoming. The room had mosquitoes and the TV wasn't functioning properly. I was offered a ground floor room stating other rooms are booked but I hardly saw so many customers. Other issue I had was the bus booking which they did for PKR to KTM was horrible. I was charged saying it's a tourist bus which packed. But to my surprise they were stopping in and filling up the seats. Also since it was overboard the AC was on only for 2 hours of my 10 hour journey. Suggestion would be to avoid commuting to such buses as it wasn't a good experience. Also the bus booking charge was more than what the service offered.
