    The stay at Pashupati Boutique Hotel & Spa was good. The environment was quite and the hotel had swimming pool. The hotel was also close to Pashupatinath temple and Boudhastupa which were at walkable distance. Overall it was a nice experience.

    Pashupati Boutique Hotel was one of our best experiences during Kathmandu Visit. Have received cordial welcome by Ms.Surakhya along with a cozy room to stay. Breakfast was too good with local cousine.

    wanted a compact hotel rightly priced, neat rooms, good ambience and service we got. bad room service. do not pick call. but not happy with Room Service, due to some hotel anniversary celebration they refused to serve in room and we slept hungry

    The Hotel Look was beautiful, the receptionist tried to help us to figure out some locations nearby to visit and food like noodles and momos was good , but other than that there was nothing the facilities such as milk powder was not available.the menu for vegetarian is very limited.other than that, their breakfast was terrible. They served chapatis with aloo and rajma which bythe way tasted really bad . They didn't even have a bread in breakfast and basic breakfast need like coffee or juice . They were restricted to thats our today’s breakfast menu they could have mentioned such things that there is no variety one meal is decided and only that is served remaining everything is charge able or better will be , don't keep a breakfast. If you want people to order from your menu .also their timings for room service is pathetic. We want water bottle then that is not available because their service time is not between early morning to 11 o'clock and even the restaurant timings to order starts from 11:00 so before than no point of ordering also .

    The room provided to us was on the 3rd floor with a 2 year old kid and it had no lift. The whole day AC did not work as there was no electricity and no power back up. The rooms had no fan so it was terrible. For brealfast, they had roti, aloo and chole ki sabzi and malpua. What kind of hotel does that. We had no chpice but not to take it. Worst experience at this hotel ever.

    No LIFT...The room was too small..paid and booked room for two days however stayed one day and now they are not ready to refund for second day room charge...at the same rates one can get 4 star property in Nepal, kathmandu

    The hotel was clean and the service was awesome. Room service staff were really helpful and always had a big smile on their faces. What I didn't like about the hotel was that they were charging 200 for "crockery" charge. I mean it's a hotel's job to provide crockery but charging for empty crockery was too much.
