Marcopolo is a. Nice facility

I went solo. The facility was hygienic, staff polite and the breakfast good value for money. There is a taxi stand nearby. Not faraway from the city centre as well

Never book this hotel. Felt very bad

The location us very good but cleanliness is not so good. The room area and design in not good The AC is not working, the TV was not working then I request to second day to change the room the service is not good, no good arrangement for breakfast. No kitchen no any good services, the staff is nice but they can't do anything. It has management problems.

Very friendly staff. The staff is quite good. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotel is located at the heart of the city. Room service is too prompt. If I visit next time, will stay in this hotel. This hotel is recommended.

A cozy budget hotel in heart of the city

Visited again this March. Hospitality and staff remains good but the welcome addition is that during the power cuts, ACs work now (much required in the cold weather to warm up the room). Remains a good choice if you are a budget traveler. It is very close to all prime locations in Kathmandu.

I have been staying at the Marcopolo Business Hotel for quite some time now and they are indeed the best for the price. The location is great - walking distance to Durbarmarg and Thamel, but at the same time quiet and free from noise and disturbances.

Location: Excellent. Hotel facilities: Free WiFi, Has an excellent coffee shop. Rooms: May be better if done up well but still manageable. Staff: All the staff were helpful and cooperative always ready to help. Better take rooms which do not face the main road as the traffic starts early in the morning which is a disturbance. Drawback: Except for the coffee shop the Hotel does not have a restaurant which is a drawback.

The hotel is conveniently located, with an old world charm. I received very personalized service, like hot drinking water in the flask, in the hot water bag. The staff was courteous and helpful all the time. The complimentary breakfast lacked variety, but it was not bad.
