Excellent Stay

Loved the stay at this place . The two reception buddies are super cool. Sam is a gem 💎 . Rajendra, the guy very helpful. The property owner , Sudheer is a great host. Good people. Great view for morning breakfast with fresh breeze and Evening drinks while enjoying the Kathmandu Valley lit up👌Don't hesitate to book this place while you're planning your stay in Kathmandu.

It was tough staying here. No water in the washrooms. For hot water, you will have to run around. Don't expect anything from the kitchen.

Stay of chaos. Not recommended

The management was very bad. For everything I had to make a lot of effort. When I reached the hotel there was no one at the counter and somehow someone helped me to connect the manager on call and he said he will come after 1-2 hours and then he will help. Then I went out to take a walk and when I returned I got a room which had its own issues like issue of non working plugs. Water was provided on demand. In room dining was not available at night time and the kitchen was very basic on roof where I was not willing to go in chilly cold. Most of the time there was no one on the reception and I had to go again and again for discussing anything. In morning I did not get hot water and then breakfast was again on roof in chilly weather which I had to take. I told veg food but egg bread was provided and I had to request for preparing it again. In short there was sheer mismanagement and even the feeling was not good. Very dull place and very dull feeling. I will not recommend this hotel. I dont know how it has such a good rating. A
